Yes. Although treatments primarily will be liquid-based, it is essential to water post treatment, to ensure that the product is being driven to the soil, where it will be most effective. Typically watering in 24-48 hours would be ideal, unless there has been significant rain in the time frame of treatment.

Yes, a clear lawn, free of anything that will prohibit even coverage of products being applied is encouraged. 

Zoysia grasses are handled as how we would treat warm season grasses, such as Bermuda. In the spring, we will put a pre-emergent down to help with the summer weeds, alongside the proper amounts of fertilizer during the year, and a pre-emergent application in the fall to help with control of winter weeds.

Lime is a granular product that goes down on turf to help raise the pH level of the soil to optimum levels for grasses to grow and be healthy. Better soil health helps control weed presence in yards.

Cool season grasses stay green until temperatures drop below 32 degrees F for extended periods and can survive subfreezing temperatures. Warm Season Grasses prefer the heat of southern climates. They grow the fastest during the summer, preferring temperatures between 80 and 95 degrees.

Depending on the condition of your lawn and when you begin, this process can take 18-24 months for total results. 

For Bermuda Seeding, if the customer is interested it would be in the late spring or early summer. For Fescue Seeding, it will be in the fall, typically around September through early November, depending on weather conditions. Aeration is applied at least twice per year. Usually in spring and fall.
